When I was planning my CD Real Life, I wanted the song "Rock!" to be followed by a 50's style rocker. After experimenting with a few loop combinations, I came up with the riffs for "She's My Baby", constructed the song, and wrote the appropriately simplistic lyrics. It's meant to have a rockabilly feel.
All loops were taken from the ACID Pro 2.0 CD, with the exception of the first lead guitar, which many will recognize as "Teletime" as written and performed by Tony Phillips. Vocals were recorded directly into ACID, then manipulated in Cool Edit Pro.
